In case of Operating Lease, Lessor is required to provide for depreciation or not??as it is used by lessee bt shown as Asset in d books of Lessor at cost or wdv??

tOTAL LEASE RENTALS ARE TO BE BIFURECATED BETWEEN FINANCE INCOME AND COST OF ASSET AS PER AS-19.
DEPERECIATION IS TO BE CHARGED ON THE COST OF THE ASSETS BY LESSOR.
