16 March 2011 Is a chartered accountant holding certificate of practice and a partner of a ca firm ,but who has not registered his proprietorship ,eligible to pay stipend to his/her article ,who is registered as an articled assistant under him/her ,by an account payee cheque under his own single name (i.e not in the name of the firm as partner).can he do so ???
