Articleship transfer

11 November 2013 I have heard it is possible to take a transfer within a year of articleship as per rules 2013.
Is it right?

12 November 2013 Yes ,in the first year you can take transfer with not much formalities.but 2nd yr onwards you can take transfer only on the grounds specified by ICAI.So,if you are not satisfied with your current firm & need better exposure then start looking at options.
