sir, I have cleared cpt exam on june 8, 2008. Now i having problem with articleship timings. I want to know that if i attend my morning college from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, can i do articleship from 1:00 pm?. The institute has made a rule that students have do articleship between 11:00 am to 5:00 pm i.e 6hr a day. So, if i complete my articleship 6 hour a day i.e from 1:00 pm to 7:pm. Will my request be considered?

As per my knowledge, under new scheme, regular study is not allowed with CA even if it is a graduation degree course from a college. Pls clarify this rule from ICAI.
