air i have completed ipcc group 1 in nov 2011 attempt..due to some problems i have not registered for articleship before april 30 th...now my query is whether i m able to attempt nov 2014 ca final attempt ????

No, you are not eligible, as 30th april was last date 4u to register so as to appear finals in november 2014.
Now lf you register on or bef0re oct31st 2012 then your 1st attempt for c.A final is in may 2015.
