i have to register for articleship before 31 October 2016 other wise my final attempt will get delayed by six
months
but i haven't received my itt certificate yet
wt shld i do to register before due date

No, option, for that. U must have to wait for the ITT Certificate, without that u can't register to Articles.

No, they will issue certificate for that, before that U'll not get ur Certificate Number. Actually its generated at the time of Certificate generation.
