sir/madam, I passed my ipcc in May 2013, and registered myself under a ca firm for articleship in August 2013.I sent form 102, 103 & 112 duly singed by the principal CA. But now I have received a letter from ICAI in December which states that I am one more than the sanctioned limit of articles. My principal ca admitted his mistake & now they will accommodate in their associate's firm after submission of new registration form. I want to know whether my attempt will be delayed due to late re-registration or is there any other way to come out from the problem. plz suggest me solution so that my attempt is not delayed.

If your re registration is delayed due to above mentioned reason then your exam will be also delayed due to this happening.
However, as per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.
So try to complete 30 months before appearing in exam month.
