25 June 2016 My self Madhu, i completed two years articles now i got termination letter from ICAI with my request so now i want write exam this nov 2016 but still i did not join new ca firm. is it permited from icai or not? ?????
and ofter the nov exam i will continue my article. is it allowed icai

25 June 2016 You should take transfer within 30 days otherwise penalties & compliances increase.

25 June 2016 Thank u friend, i got termination letter 9 days ago still i did not join a new firm because i want write exam this nov 2016 but article not undetgoing so can i write exam or not ???
already i completed two year article so am eligible for ipcc na tell me plz...

25 June 2016 Yes,u can give exam But u can first join a new firm & then take holidays for preparation.
