Is it mandatory to inform ICAI before getting form 109 signed, when a article is taking transfer within first year of his article ship .If yes then to whom it is to be informed

No need of icai permission with in 1 year articleship transfers . . Just send form 109 signed by your boss . . you can also send form 103 to icai for reregistration of articleship before icai confirming transfer . . ICAI cant refuse transfer with in one year if boss agrees
