if any student has joined articleship in August 2012 and wants to change his firm now ie in december 2013 .can he do it now & what are the procedures

After Ist year of articleship,ICAI permits transfers only on specified grounds.So,you have to check ,if your case falls within the eligibity criteria for transfer.
