I am a TY B.Com student. I am doing my articleship im mumbai. I have completed my 9 months of articleship. While filling the form 102 for articleship registration i mentioned that i am doing my graduation via correspondence as what i am really doing. And at that time i didn't submit the form 112 as while reading the deed i skipped the clause of compulsory registration for pursuing any other course. I even received the letter from institute of registration and they didnt demanded any other form. While 1 of my friend was asked to submit form 112 for registration. If fill my form 112 then they will hold my membership registration for 1 year. What should i do??? Should i keep my mum or fill the form?
