21 August 2013 Sir, i didn't surrendered my old id card during termination and on re-registeration .. plz any one suggest me what to do?

21 August 2013 For revalidating your initial registration no need to submit your old id card and just fill up the new form for revalidation without any fees latest by 31.12.2013, else fees will be charged.
