I HAVE RECEIVED MY COP FROM 24/07/2012 AND I HAVE REGISTERED AN ARTICLE FROM SEPTEMBER 2012 BUT TODAY i.e.28/11/2012 i come to know that there is a recent notification of icai that in first year of practise we can't register an article clerk. so i want to know that whether it is true if yes what procedure i as a member and my article has to take.
another thing is that till this date my article has not received any letter from icai regarding his registration.
