I have completed my articleship and sent form 108. Now i got information from institute stating that the same has been under hold because my signature is not matching and they want a letter from prncipal for the same. Request you please provide format of such letter immediately

There is no such prescribed for this purpose. You just need to specify the matters & put your signature which must be attested & verified by your principal.
