17 September 2014 plz tel that for articship in big firms (except big4) we have to clear many rounds like big4 or we just need to clear personal interview?

once you go a peg below big4 firms, there is no standard hiring method...each firm has its own ways...no. of rounds and types of round vary from firm to firm. So you cannot generalize.
