10 April 2013 Hello..
My question is i was take transferred from my I st principle in my 1st Year of articalship now my final exam is due on Nov'13 and my principle is not allow me for examination leave so want to take transferred so question is can i take transferred 2nd time????

10 April 2013 Yes, you can take transfer.

But now you have to take transfer you have to follow the following procedure

1) You have to send a request letter on white paper with your hand writing to the ICAI with the reason why you want to take transfer

2) After getting the receipt of transfer acceptance by ICAI intimation letter you have to send form 109.

3) After getting the receipt of transfer confirmation letter from ICAI with use of such letter you shall register with another employer.

To complete all the above process it shall take 3 to 4 months so due to this time increases your articleship training period so it may change your Fianl exam eligibility. I.e due to the termination and to complete the termination process there is time gap between termination and re-register to articleship so such time may change your final exam eligibility to May 2014.

So better to convey your employer and get the permission to leave for exams. Taking termination is may not the correct decision because it will effects your exam eligibility.
