First decide whether ull practice as CS or CA. If ur going for CA and opting CS as optional qualification then u dont have to undergo 15 months management training of CS. Only u hav to informed CS Institute after qualifying the final exam. Institute will register u as Qualified CS but not as member. If ur opting CS as ur core field then it is mandatory to complete 15 months management training.

If you don't do training then they will not give you cs certificate, you must do training and you can do in bpo / kpo or some other has mention in this link..go through that..

CS- Article ship si required only and only when you want to become member of ICSI. if any one want to go for job then his job experiance will be count as a experiance and articleship will be exempt. then he/she can be take membership of ICSI. According to me this way is batter then to go for 15 months articleship.
