29 January 2011 Dear Sir,

We are situatated in Noida and dealing with textiles garments items which we usually isssue for jobwork (like embroidery etc.) which is done in other state like- Delhi, Haryana etc.

We issue the goods to job worker vide our usual challan having all discriptions. Some times our goods is checked by the Sale Tax Authorities and they consider this ill-legal transaction and charge penalty & ... for the same.

Kindly let us know which is the legal and valid procedure for such a kind of transactions. any precrived form etc.?

send the material for job work with suppoprting doc of delevery note issued by the VAT department in original & duplicate.
