12 May 2010 a co provides several services and enjoy the benefit of input tax on telephone, repair & maintenance. whether the input tax on these should be apportioned or can be directly availed

12 June 2010 Question of apportipnment arises, if the person provides exempted services and/or manufactures exempted goods.

If all the services ate taxable, no need for apportionment. One to one corelation not required between input service and output service.
