05 June 2010 IN A BOARD MEETING YOU CANT APPOINT WHOLE TIME DIRECTOR. YOU CAN APPOINT AN ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR AND HIS APPOINTMENT CAN BE REGULARIZED AT AGM.
