A company wants to hire a employees and give them a director designation but dont want to file a form 32 of ROC. so what are the director designation in which form 32 is not compulsory.
Yes, you can so, you can give him a designation as "Director-Account & Finance" or "Director-HR" or "Director-Administration" etc. In this case no need to File Form-32 with ROC.

If we go Legally Then You Can't do so without filling form 32.
But if I speak Practically, Then You can do so whatever said by Mr. Ajay Mishra. simply give post of director as sales, HR, Purchase, Admin etc. No issues.
