This query is : Resolved

13 April 2011 if the paid up capital of a company is more than 5 crore , can it appoint practising company secretary on retainership basis instead of whole time cs , if yes which section of companies act allows it to do that

13 April 2011 Dear Ruchi
As far as i think all companies whose paid up capital is more than Rs 5 crore need to appoint a full time company secretary .
Otherwise all relevant document need to certified by a practicing company secretary .
Thanks
