can't i apply membership number with icai if im 21years? is age the matter for applying membership number? i have seen this in the following link http://www.charteredclub.com/ca-membership-no/

In order to be member of ICAI, one of the condition is you must be age of 21 years and above, that is a pre-requisite to apply for membership.
