i have submitted the form 1A 6 days ago but my status shown assigned can any one help me why it happen & also provide me help desk number.

You have submitted your form when the site was under repair and now it is working and by this time it must have been approved or intimation must have been sent for re-submission if the name applied resembles with other names.
