26 December 2013 Can somebody please tell me the format of application annexed to form 35 for appealing before Income Tax Appellate Tribunal??

26 December 2013 If you want to appeal before ITAT then you will have to file form 36 and not 35. With the form 36 you will have to attach copy of CIT(A) order, AO order copy of form 35.
