Please tell me that accommodation & Food provided by a hotel to a company guest TDs to be deducted on Tds on Contract or TDS on Rent

ACCOMODATION IS PROVIDED BY HOTEL TO YOU & WHETHER YOU ARE PAYING MONTLY RENT OR NOT & FOR FOOD YOU ARE CINTRACTING THE SAME OR YOU ARE EATING TOGHEATHER THERE IF GUEST ARE GIVEN ORDER & PAYING BILL BY YOU SO IT IS NOT ALSO CONTRACT OF LABOUR IN MY OPINION TDS IS NOT DEDUCTED
