We are broking firm. We have paid "Admission Fees for Composite Membership" to MCX Stock Exchange further we have also paid "Processing Fees for Composite Membership"
We would like to know whether such expenses are subject to liable for TDS ? If yes than under which section.
Kindly guide us ASAP.

The payment of membership and subscription does not fall under any of the TDS provisions prescribed under IT Act.
Further, as the payment is made to MCX no question of TDS
