01 December 2010 Client has provided a composite bill for material supplied and services charged whether TDS on WCT is apllicable ? and at what rate?

01 December 2010 If material suuplied by the supplier then no need to deduct TDS as not applicable u/s 194C as the same is not covered under the defination of works contract.
