A person resident of India gets consultancy fees from US based company to render services in India is the person liable for service tax ,or will it be consider export of services, if yes does he has to pay service tax on reverse charge mechanism

As recipient of service is located in India, Place of provision shall be deemed in India. And recipient will have to pay service tax under reverse charge, but you must get vet circumstance thoroughly before paying under reverse charge.
