Hello, Please Tell me that for the CA Final Nov.2010 Exam., Whether Finance Act 2010 is applicable or not ?????? I mean that the only amendment made by Finance Act 2009 will be relevant for Nov.2010 Exam. or not ??

Amendment made by Finance Act 2009 will be relevant for Nov.2010 Exam, however any amendments made in Finance Act 2010 with retrospective effect from PY 2009-10 shall also be applicable for Nov.2010 Exam
