13 June 2014 there is no clarification from ICSI yet. but you can expect it be included..and clarification too should come within next 1 month or so.

13 June 2014 There is no doubt about the applicability of 98 sections of CA 2013 which were notified by MCA in September 2013.

For the applicability of entire CA 2013, wait for the official announcement by ICSI.
