Hello Experts, My Query is, There is one Private Company whose, i) Paid up Capital & Reserves exceeds Rs 50 lac, ii) o/s loan does not exceeds Rs 25 lac, iii) and its turnover exceeds Rs 5 crore during the current financial year, would CARO 2003 applicable to this private company??
