27 July 2012 Can anyone clear my this doubt? To whom Audit is applicable? I am not talking about Tax audit but as per company law requirements. is every pvt company required to be audited?

27 July 2012 Yes as per company law every company is required to get his accounts audited by a chartered accountant for every financial year.
