Applicability of 10B benefit

Please clarify the following query
1.A 100% EOU was set up in FY 2001-02 ( STP unit ).Can the company claim 10B benefits for the A Y 2010-11 ?
2. Is there any limit for the number of years it can claim Sec. 10B benefits ?

Please clarify the situation.

28 July 2010 sec 10B wil be applicable for ten years.. ie from FY 2001-02 to FY 2009-10. so for AY 2010-11 it is applicable
