IS 44 AD IS APPLICABLE ON Selling of space or time slots for advertisements other than advertisements broadcast by radio or television.

10 November 2014 normally such activities are done on commission basis. so if the commissions basis is involved, then no, 44AD cannot be applied...otherwise yes, you can
