I would like to know whether customs tax is attracted for purchase of water dispensery from china. Pls mention the rate also.Thanks in advance

15 February 2009 Although the classification of the product is not very clear, prima facie it appears that rate of duty will be 7.5% (BCD) + 10% (CVD) + 4% (SAD) plus education cess.
