ACC New Custom House has rejected our sad refund claim on the ground of unjust enrichment. 1. We have not shown the iteam as receiable in our balance sheet insted it is debited to our p & l A/c. 2. The burden of 4% SAD is not passed the buyer comparision of purchase & sales invoices reveal the fact.
