25 April 2011 How to prepare paper book for an appeal against an order u/s 201 after form 35 has been submitted? Is there any fixed format for preparing the paper book? if yes pls attach that format.

25 April 2011 No there is no fixed format for that. All the relevant documents should be filed in the paper book i. e. whatever documents you deem necessary for your case.

26 April 2011 Thanks. 1.Is there any prescribed format for works contract agreement between two person-one is hiring another for pick & drop of its students & staff from their residence to institution and back again. control of vechicle is under the transporter. Hirning chareges are paid only after services had been availed.
2. TDS for this situation would be deducted u/s 194C or 194I.
