16 July 2013 can any one pls tell me how to apply PAN for Pvt Ltd company what are all the procedures need........ what form we need to fill and what are the documents we need to give........

16 July 2013 DEAR MEMBER,

FILL UP FORM 49-A NOTED THAT:

"In case of Company, the name should be provided without any abbreviations. For example, different variations of 'Pri
vate
Limited' viz. Pvt Ltd, Private Ltd, Pvt Limited, P Ltd, P. Ltd., P. Ltd are not allowed. It should be 'Private Limited' only"
