16 July 2010 HI actually one of my friend having PVT. LTD. CO. at Rajkot (GUjrat) he want to close down the same, we heard if we close down before 31st of July we can get rebate on certain taxes is it correct...???

16 July 2010 There is an easy exit scheme for companies upto 31.08.2010 in which the company can be liquidated easily.
