20 December 2012 Is it is necessry that only the digital signature of one of the two persons siging the annual return has to be used for online filling with the MCA?

As per my filing experience, any director authorised by the Board to file MCA Forms will use their signature.

For Example: For Annual Return 2 directors is required to be signed but in digital Form-20B only one director can sign.

So, the signing of Annual Return and filing of digital forms are two different things.
