1.Review of FR Paper N13 is not positive, mainly AS
2.My Sir Prepare Annual Reports of a Pvt Ltd co. not giant size but above 50cr shareholder fund.
3.As all As are actually so important that we collegues can not prepare even one AS Disclosure without so much discussion and solving technical issues.
Sir please guide me how can i widen my knowledge of AS and IFRS for my Practical commanding in this.
As I have completed my FR Tution and As Notes and Institute previous Q are not much of so called Exposure..
Please Guide me with your precious experience and knowledge what steps should i take regard this? I am having keen interest in this particular subject. if any certification course is there for widen my Knowledge please tell me.
there are certain areas which you can learn only with experience and also, not to mention the liking and a passion for the subject.
i agree that since you are still a student and thus you may not possess the experience and knowledge that your sir has.
dont worry..you will learn things with time. Start taking initiatives and question him on everything he does, so that you can learn and understand the process.

Dear Shilpa, As Ankit said, its a learning curve. Don't get frustrated. to get a grasp of AS read as many financial reports as you can. read for companies from different sector, different sizes. that would give you a better perspective.
As you spend more time in office, your bosses will you give opportunities to do actual work.
Most of the interns get very little exposure in first few months, so don't worry
