My company giveing Comprehensive AMC for Air conditioner unit to Contractor. Contractor charging 8% composite Vat and 10.3% service Tax. Whether 10.3% Service Tax rate correct or he can charge @ 4.12%. Please give clarifiation along with supporting like circular, notification, any clarification in that concern.
