if employee resign between a calendar year it is eligible for annual leave encashment or nor ? If yes , how to calculate its annual leave encashment.
He has to be paid with leave balance on his account at the time he resigns.
It is paid on gross or basic as per company policy, however generally it is paid as no. of leave balance multiplied by 10 months avg basic salary divide by 30 days.
