13 March 2018 What form are to be uploaded for annual filling of ROC for 2015-16??

14 March 2018 As per the provisions of Section 92 of the Companies Act 2013, MGT 7 shall be filled within 60 days from the date of Annual General Meeting
And as per Section 136 of the Companies Act Form AOC 4 shall be filled within 30 dauys from the date of Annual General Meeting.
Following companies need to file their financial statement in XBRL format.
Companies having paid up share capital of 5 crore or more
Companies having turnover of 100 crore or more
