Annual filing for previous years before companies act 2013

08 November 2016 How can I file delayed Annual return for the financial year 2012-13 and 2013-14 of a Company with paid up capital 200000 and having no turnover since last 5 years In 2012-13 and 2013-14 Form 20B with 23AC & 23ACA was filed.Now we file MGT-7 & AOC 4.
Now that i have to file for previous years can I file MGT 7 & AOC 4 for 2012-13 & 2013-14 or would I have to file old forms.
If old forms are to be filed where can i download it from and what will be the process of uploading filled up forms
