04 January 2014 What rate of service tax applicable under amnesty scheme for restaurants providing food and beverages ?

04 January 2014 The amnesty scheme is no more.
the last date was 31.12.2013 for applying.
rates were applicable as were in the normal routine.
after july 12 there was 60% abatement and before that they weren't taxable
