Whether amendments made in budget 2010 for restrospective effects since 01-04-09, are applicable for november-10 final exam of CA, e.g. amendments made in sec. 56(VII)gift will not be considered for transfer of immovable property for inadequate considereation.

All the amendments made on or before 6 Months prior to examinations, are applicable to the exams. therefore amendments made in budget 2010 for retrospective effects since 01-04-09, are applicable for November-2010
