Change in Sec. 40(a)(ia) of it act. TDS Ded'n applicable wef 1/4/2010
So, my question is :
If i had not deposited tds deducted for the month of Feb. 2010, up to 31st March but we will paid up to date of 30th Sep. then this expenses allowed to me on previous year ie A.Y. 2010-11, because of above amendment.
