Can anyone tell me what are ammendments of income tax for NOV 2010 for PCC

Gratuty limit of 10 Lakhs is applicable or not

Please reply me

and one more thing can anyone suggest me latest practical book (Only problems and solutions) having all latest amendments in problems for PCC
